i cant take pictures!

well we aren't off to a good start. i have not dealt with anything more aggravating than this blog in a LONG LONG time! every time i add a picture it adds its self to the top of the post and then it wont move when i try and drag it! what the hell??!?! anyone have any tips? if not i dont know how im ever going to post anything!
